About Our President

Abdul Hasib “Zi” Azizi is a global real estate advisor – Broker Associate with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, Azizi has been an active member of the Rotary Club of St. Petersburg since 2020. Over the past three years, he has served on the club’s Board of Directors, helping advance the organization’s mission of Service Above Self.

Azizi joins a distinguished lineage of civic, business, and community leaders who have guided the club since its founding in 1920 by William Straub, publisher of the St. Petersburg Times.

Born and raised in Kabul, Afghanistan, Azizi earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, and Finance from UMEF Swiss University in Kabul before immigrating to St. Petersburg, Florida.

Since becoming a licensed REALTOR®, Azizi has established himself as a respected business professional and community leader. His commitment to service extends well beyond his real estate career. A Rotary Paul Harris Fellow, he has served on the Board of Directors of Rotary Camp Florida and has been featured in Rotary magazine, the official publication of Rotary International.

He has also been a speaker at international forums, educational institutions, leadership programs, and community events, sharing insights on leadership, service, global affairs, and community engagement. Outside of his professional and volunteer endeavors, Azizi enjoys exploring the outdoors through whitewater rafting, hiking, and mountain adventures in North Carolina’s Nantahala region. He is also passionate about classic automobiles, Florida’s beaches, and the vibrant lifestyle of the Sunshine State. As club president, he looks forward to building on the club’s longstanding tradition of service, leadership, and community engagement while inspiring the next generation of Rotarians to make a lasting impact locally and around the world.
